Healthy Quick Vegan Flaxseed Granola

Quick Flax Seed GranolaYou can never ever, ever have enough granola. Am I right or am I right? Granola is the best and even better when you made it yourself.

This granola is easy, quick and de-li-cious! It only takes 5 ingredients to make and a total of 20 min. Yep, I sad it was quick. And did I already say it was delicious? I always have to watch myself I don’t eat the whole batch in once haha. Okay this one made it a couple of days.

Here you go!

Quick Flax Seed Granola

Ingredients:

150 gr Oats

20 gr Seeds mix (pepita, sunflower, pine nuts)

20 gr Flaxseed

2 ½ tbsp Coconut oil

2 ½ tbsp. Maple syrup

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt coconut oil in the microwave and mix in the maple syrup.
  3. Put the oats, seeds & flaxseeds in a big bowl. Pour coconut oil & maple syrup mixture on top and mix till it’s fully incorporated.
  4. Spread it on a oven tray with baking sheet and pop it in the oven for about 15-17 min. Make sure to stir in between.

Let it cool a bit, I know it’s hard, but it will make your granola even crispier!

Put it in your yogurt, on top of your smoothiebowl or just snack on it.
