Very Much Needed Coffee Oatmeal (GF + VG)

Coffee OatsYes, this was the first time in a long time I felt I needed some coffee. Call me weird, but I don’t like coffee (anymore)! But I thought; you know what the hell and I made myself some coffee. But then I thought of something genius, if I say so myself haha. Why not put it IN my breakfast?!

And that’s what I did and it was freakin’ delicious. And like I said, I don’t like the taste of coffee. I know; I’m weird. But the combination of oats and coffee was pretty awesome! You def have to try this on, especially if you DO love the taste of coffee. It’s a win-win recipe, right?!

Coffee Oats

1 serving:

Ingredients:

  • 45 gr Oats
  • 60 ml Coffee
  • 40 ml Almond milk
  • ½ tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Soy yogurt

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Heat in the microwave on high for a minute
  3. Stir and heat again for a minute
  4. Top with chocolate, berries and nuts

 

How easy was that? Now go eat!
