Yes, this was the first time in a long time I felt I needed some coffee. Call me weird, but I don’t like coffee (anymore)! But I thought; you know what the hell and I made myself some coffee. But then I thought of something genius, if I say so myself haha. Why not put it IN my breakfast?!
And that’s what I did and it was freakin’ delicious. And like I said, I don’t like the taste of coffee. I know; I’m weird. But the combination of oats and coffee was pretty awesome! You def have to try this on, especially if you DO love the taste of coffee. It’s a win-win recipe, right?!
- 45 gr Oats
- 60 ml Coffee
- 40 ml Almond milk
- ½ tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Soy yogurt
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Heat in the microwave on high for a minute
- Stir and heat again for a minute
- Top with chocolate, berries and nuts
How easy was that? Now go eat!
