Silken Tofu Smoothie (GF + VG)

 

I already made cheesecake and omelette with the silken tofu, but never tried a smoothie before. I thought it would make the perfect smoothie and oh my god; I was so right.

Perfect for your morning protein and it really does the smoothie right. The texture is silken smooth and it is a pretty good filling breakfast as well. Normally I want to eat something with my smoothie, but this one is good on his own. This could also be a perfect pre- or post workout meal!

Ingredients:

  • 150 gr Silken tofu
  • 200 ml Almond milk
  • ยฝ tbsp Chia seeds
  • ยผ Melon
  • ยฝ tsp Vanilla Powder
  • 2 tbsp Soy yogurt (vanilla)
  • 10 gr Oats

 

Instructions:

  1. Add everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
