Guacamole is one of the things I can’t live without or I will just keep it at avocado haha. But guacamole is one of the best things you can make with it, so yeah it’s kind of the same thing. If you ask me.
The only problem for me is, that most of the guacamoles contain onion and are a bit spicy. And those are two things my stomach can’t handle. Especially when it is raw red onion! So most of those delicious green dips, I can’t eat. Luckily when I am at home, I can make my own I know I can definitely eat. So maybe it’s not like the original one, but I like it.
- 1 Avocado
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Pinch of Chili Powder
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Cut the avocado open, deseed and mash it up in a bowl.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in small chunks and add to the mashed avocado.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix.
Now go eat with nachos, tortilla, on top of a sandwich or anything you like!
