Yes here’s another pumpkin recipe. And there will follow even more. When it’s pumpkin season, I will take full advantage of it. Every week I will eat several days one or another recipe with this delicious vegetable. It’s way easier to eat enough veggies in one day, because I will eat like 200 gr for breakfast already.
This is one of those recipes. It contains almost the amount of veggies that is recommended to eat. So if you struggle with this, try this delicious smoothie, I know you will like it. At least if you love pumpkin and peanut butter. And I seriously don’t know anyone who doesn’t love this! So go read on and make this for you breakfast.
- 1 Banana
- 150 ml Almond milk
- 200 gr Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Peanut butter
- ½ tsp ‘Cookie and speculaas spices’ (cinnamon)
- Put everything in a blender and blend away.
- Pour in a glass and drink.
- If you’re a little bit fancy; top with some soy yoghurt and little ginger cookies!
