And as you can read in the title, this one contains tempeh. At the moment it is one of my favorite things to eat. So easy to make, contains loads of protein and its freaking delicious. With the rest of the ingredients, it makes one of the best bowls I made! Wanna try? Here you go.

Marinated Chickpeas (VG)

Chickpeas are really a staple in my pantry. I use them at least 3 times a week. On a sandwich, roasted as a snack or even in my breakfast. They are perfect protein packed ingredient to add in any dish you like. Especially when I started to eat vegan, chickpeas were one of my go-to ingredients.

I love Halloween and I’m still disappointed it’s not a real holiday in the Netherlands. Luckily it’s getting bigger and bigger every year, but I’m too old to go trick or treating haha. But now we can have parties and have Halloween inspired food. So yes; it was my duty to make a Halloween inspired pizza this year.

Teriyaki Tempeh (VG + GF)

Then I found tempeh, the perfect solution for this missing ingredient in my meals. The first time I just made up a marinade and it was okay. I started to “perfect” and finally found the perfect balance. But, as stupid as I am, I forgot to write down the amount of all the ingredients haha. So I had to make it once again. And I did manage to get pretty much of the same taste.
