Yes here’s another pumpkin recipe. And there will follow even more. When it’s pumpkin season, I will take full advantage of it. Every week I will eat several days one or another recipe with this delicious vegetable. It’s way easier to eat enough veggies in one day, because I will eat like 200 gr for breakfast already.
I already made cheesecake and omelette with the silken tofu, but never tried a smoothie before. I thought it would make the perfect smoothie and oh my god; I was so right.
This was my go to recipe for a green smoothie; easy, nutritious and delicious. Oh and of course quick to make. The pineapple and banana makes it sweet, the avocado makes it creamy and smooth. And of course the greens give it the beautiful green color and the necessary vitamins.
