Yes here’s another pumpkin recipe. And there will follow even more. When it’s pumpkin season, I will take full advantage of it. Every week I will eat several days one or another recipe with this delicious vegetable. It’s way easier to eat enough veggies in one day, because I will eat like 200 gr for breakfast already.
Guacamole is one of the things I can’t live without or I will just keep it at avocado haha. But guacamole is one of the best things you can make with it, so yeah it’s kind of the same thing. If you ask me.
I had some leftover tortillas and thought why not eat them for breakfast? You can eat breakfast for dinner, so why not the other way around? But I wanted to change the filling of the quesadillas, ‘cause I wasn’t looking forward to roasting veggies in the morning haha.
