Chickpeas are really a staple in my pantry. I use them at least 3 times a week. On a sandwich, roasted as a snack or even in my breakfast. They are perfect protein packed ingredient to add in any dish you like. Especially when I started to eat vegan, chickpeas were one of my go-to ingredients.
Soup is always a good idea, no matter how hot it is. Okay, okay when it’s 30 degrees outside, maybe it’s a bit too much. But this soup you can also it cold, so it’s a win-win recipe.
Nachos, who doesn’t love them? I know I do and my boyfriend too. So when we don’t want to be fancy and don’t have the energy to cook, we make this haha. It’s so easy, but delicious. Perfect weekend food!
