I love sweet potato toast, but I always find it a bit difficult to cut through the potato. And keep a nice thick slice of potato, haha. Sweet potato is hard to cut through. So I thought; there needs to be an easier way to do this. And I found it!

This maybe is gonna sound weird to you, but I didn’t liked oatmeal. WHAT?! Jup, I never really liked the texture of oats. I tried it, but I couldn’t get over it. And look at me now, posting an overnight oat recipe. Congrats to me! XD
