Where do I need to begin, I’ve been living with it for years now. So really need to think, because before I could eat all the foods. Yes I literally I had no allergy or something. It all started a couple of years ago with stomachaches, bad cramps, not feeling well and even heartaches. I was feeling blegh. (Yes that’s a word guys!) So yes, there was something wrong.
