And once again a pumpkin recipe, but this time combined with peanut butter. That’s a heavenly combination. I love both of the flavors, so I thought why not combine them? And I think it’s on of my best moves ever haha. It combines so well, you will love it too.
Yes here is another pumpkin recipe. And there will be a lot more coming. If it’s the season, I will at least eat 1 pumpkin a week. Yup, I’m a addict. But this time I combined it a bit with the thought of December coming our way. Well something that is pretty a Dutch thing for this month: pepernoten! If you don’t know what they are; they’re little ginger spice cookies we eat to celebrate Sinterklaas. Look it up haha.
Yes, finally it’s back. Pumpkin season! I’m so happy; I’m a real pumpkin lover. When these beautiful, delicious orange vegetables are in store, they’re in my pantry for sure! I will eat if for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even as a snack. Not all on one day of course. This is one of my snack recipes with pumpkin and if I must say so myself; it worked out pretty good.
Yes here’s another pumpkin recipe. And there will follow even more. When it’s pumpkin season, I will take full advantage of it. Every week I will eat several days one or another recipe with this delicious vegetable. It’s way easier to eat enough veggies in one day, because I will eat like 200 gr for breakfast already.
I love Halloween and I’m still disappointed it’s not a real holiday in the Netherlands. Luckily it’s getting bigger and bigger every year, but I’m too old to go trick or treating haha. But now we can have parties and have Halloween inspired food. So yes; it was my duty to make a Halloween inspired pizza this year.
It fairly is an easy recipe; you just gotta throw everything in a big bowl and eat. But still I like to post it, sometimes you just need some inspiration in what to eat. And not always a complicated and big recipe, it’s all about good and delicious food. Well and I can guaranty you; this bowl is good food!
