Here we go again with Skin Food Sunday. This time we are talking about red grapes and why you need to eat more of them for glowing, healthy skin. They are so easy to include in your diet.
This was my go to recipe for a green smoothie; easy, nutritious and delicious. Oh and of course quick to make. The pineapple and banana makes it sweet, the avocado makes it creamy and smooth. And of course the greens give it the beautiful green color and the necessary vitamins.
